In addition to traditional dishes, such as hunter’s or gypsy schnitzel, and specialties of the house, such as the “Heiligenröder Pfanne” or the “Niestetaler Fetzen”, we always offer dishes with seasonal products. Asparagus, chanterelles, porcini mushrooms, matjes and geese – everything has its time; and we use them extensively.
